Little Lion Collective is a pop-up wine and vinyl music bar specializing in making wine approachable in a community- oriented and intentional atmosphere.
OUR MISSION
The mission of Little Lion Collective is twofold: first, to create intentional and atmospheric events that celebrate music and leadership by women, people of color, and queer individuals, all while making wine more accessible; and second, to cultivate a healthier environment and culture for food and beverage workers. Little Lion Collective is dedicated to fostering positive change in the hospitality industry for both its team and community members.
OUR VISION
At Little Lion Collective, we envision a vibrant future where we combat the decline of "third spaces" in New Haven, CT. Our community-centric events celebrate the leadership of women, artists, people of color, and queer individuals, fostering genuine connections through lively events, nostalgic vinyl records, elegant wines, and carefully crafted beverages. By 2025, our mission extends to establishing a cooperatively run Wine Bar and Record Shop, creating a physical haven for the community. We are committed to democratic operations, addressing challenges in the hospitality industry, and providing a space free from exploitation.
